Terms and Conditions
The insurance conditions are very comprehensive. For example, the insured capacity offers coverage for purchase and sale, rent and lease, management/property management and stewards (NVR). There is also coverage for mediation, management or valuation of movable property. The run-up risk is included in the standard insurance when switching. You can therefore switch without any (run-up) risk.
